Geneva, IL | Temporary / Part-Time
A local government office with it’s offices in Geneva, IL is current in need of a part-time, long-term HR assistant to work alongside the HR Executive Director. The position will focus on several projects relating to the HR department. This is a position that may have some flexibility with start & finish times, you should expect to work about 30 - 35 hours per week.
The projects will consist of working with a variety of departments within the organization including human resources. Other computer work will primarily be with the MS Office programs, and the dress code is business casual.
The expected length of the assignment is unknown, with the possibility of going temporary-to-hire.
Interested candidates should have strong administrative support skills, with excellent typing skills and some previous exposure to HR activities. Attention to detail, and the ability to work on a project from start to completion will be important.
